I got this recipe from a low-sodium newsletter I subscribe to. If you don't have to watch your sodium intake, add a little salt if you want to. Ingredients:
olive oil flavored cooking spray |
30 cherry tomatoes |
1/4 teaspoon garlic powder |
1 teaspoon fresh basil |
Directions:
1. Heat oven to 400°F 2. Spray tomatoes with nonstick spray and place in a ziplock plastic bag. Add the garlic powder and basil and shake the bag to mix with the tomatoes. 3. Place tomatoes on a spray-coated baking sheet or roasting pan and roast 5-10 minutes until skins begin to pop. |
