This is really simple but very good. You can add an extra can of beef broth and tomato sauce if you want it to be more soupy. Ingredients:
3 (10 1/2 ounce) cans beef broth |
16 ounces frozen mixed vegetables, thawed (green beans, carrots, corn) |
16 ounces frozen broccoli cuts, thawed |
2 (8 ounce) cans tomato sauce |
Directions:
1. Throw everything in a large saucepan, bring to a boil, then simmer 10-15 minutes until vegetables are tender. |
