A quick and easy vegetable beef soup -really tasty. Ingredients:
1/2 lb lean ground beef |
2 cups water |
1 (14 1/2 ounce) can stewed tomatoes |
1 package frozen mixed vegetables (10 ounces) |
1 (8 ounce) can tomato sauce |
1 envelope onion soup mix |
1/2 teaspoon sugar |
Directions:
1. In a saucepan over medium heat, cook beef until no longer pink; drain. 2. Add the remaining ingredients; bring to a boil. 3. Reduce heat; cover and simmer for 10-15 minutes or until vegetables are tender. |
