This recipe is quick, delicious and great for vegetarians. Ingredients:
1 (29 ounce) can tomato sauce |
1 (6 ounce) can sliced mushrooms, drained |
1/2 cup chopped celery |
1/4 cup diced red onion |
1/4 cup raisins |
1/4 cup chopped walnuts |
1 tomato, quartered |
1 large orange, quartered |
1 tablespoon minced garlic |
Directions:
1. In a large, heavy saucepan combine tomato sauce, mushrooms, celery, red onion, raisins, walnuts, tomato, orange and garlic. Cook on medium-high until vegetables are tender, about 30 minutes. |
