Thick, Fast and Filling Ingredients:
1/2 kg ground turkey |
1 tablespoon olive oil |
1 (680 ml) can pasta sauce |
1 (540 ml) can black beans |
1 (341 ml) can corn, nibblets |
4 celery ribs (chopped) |
1 red pepper (chopped) |
4 tablespoons chili powder |
2 tablespoons cumin |
1 (796 ml) can crushed tomatoes |
2 garlic cloves |
1 white onion |
Directions:
1. Pour olive oil into a non-stick or cast iron pan on medium heat. Add ground turkey and cook until there are no pink parts. 2. Remove turkey to a clean plate and cook sliced onions and garlic in remaining oil. 3. Transfer onions, garlic and turkey to a large pot. Add pasta sauce, tomatoes, celery, pepper, black beans, corn and spices. Stir until well combined. 4. Cook over medium-low heat until celery is tender. 5. Enjoy! |
