This is a quick and easy recipe for a yummy homemade soup. Ingredients:
1/4 cup butter or 1/4 cup margarine |
1/4 all-purpose flour |
1 teaspoon curry |
1/4 teaspoon onion powder |
1 (46 ounce) can tomato juice |
1/4 cup sugar |
Directions:
1. In a large saucepan, melt butter. 2. Stir in flour, curry powder and onion powder until smooth. 3. Gradually add tomato juice and sugar. 4. Cook, uncovered, until thickened and heated through, about 5 minutes. |
