Ingredients:
3 plum tomatoes, chopped |
1/2 red onion, chopped |
1 jalapeno, seeded and chopped |
3 tablespoons cilantro, chopped |
juice of one lime |
1 tablespoon olive oil |
salt and pepper |
Directions:
1. In a medium bowl combine tomatoes, onion, jalapeno and cilantro. Stir in lime juice and olive oil. Season with salt and pepper. |
