This easy and budget-friendly soup makes a great quick lunch. Ingredients:
1 (10 3/4 ounce) can condensed tomato soup |
3 cups chicken broth |
3/4 cup quick-cooking rice |
1/2 cup finely chopped celery |
hot pepper sauce |
Directions:
1. Combine soup (undiluted), broth, rice and celery. Add hot pepper sauce to your personal taste. 2. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat, cover and simmer 8-10 minutes. |
