Low-fat and filling lunch. Ingredients:
5 ounces tuna fish , packed in water, drained |
1 tablespoon no-fat mayo |
1 tablespoon pickle relish , no sugar or dill |
1 stalk celery, chopped |
1/4 cup sweet onion, chopped |
3 tablespoons sweet red pepper, minced |
1/2 teaspoon tarragon, dried |
1/2 cup cherry tomatoes , halved |
1/4 teaspoon dill weed |
1 cup romaine lettuce , chopped |
1 salt or pepper for added taste (i used seasoned) |
Directions:
1. Mix all ingredients other than lettuce and tomatoes. Place lettuce on a plate and top with tuna mixture. Garnish with tomatoes. Serve with Wasa fiber crisp bread, if desired. |
