This is a very quick and easy recipe to serve at a party... Something you can throw together in a flash.... but tastes very well...This is a good Super Bowl party dish or a tailgate finger food... Ingredients:
1 package frozen cooked meatballs (14 ounces) |
1 tablespoon soy sauce |
1/2 cup chili sauce |
1/2 cup grape jelly |
1/4 cup dijon mustard |
Directions:
1. In a skillet, cook meatballs in soy sauce until heated through. 2. Combine the chili sauce, jelly and mustard; pour over the meatballs. 3. Cook and stir until jelly is melted and mixture comes to a boil. 4. Reduce heat; cover and simmer for 1 to 2 minutes. 5. Yield: 2 dozen meatballs |
