Quick Tahini Yogurt Sauce |

Try this on falafels, or any other Eastern dish. You could thin it out a bit and use it on salad too! Enjoy! Ingredients:
1 cup whole milk yogurt |
3 tablespoons tahini |
1 teaspoon finely minced garlic |
2 teaspoons fresh lemon juice |
sea salt, to taste |
ground pepper, to taste |
Directions:
1. Whisk together yogurt, tahini, garlic, lemon juice, salt and pepper. Thin with water to obtain a smooth sauce. |
