Quick Tahini Yogurt Sauce

Try this on falafels, or any other Eastern dish. You could thin it out a bit and use it on salad too! Enjoy!
Ingredients:
1 cup whole milk yogurt
3 tablespoons tahini
1 teaspoon finely minced garlic
2 teaspoons fresh lemon juice
sea salt, to taste
ground pepper, to taste
Directions:
1. Whisk together yogurt, tahini, garlic, lemon juice, salt and pepper. Thin with water to obtain a smooth sauce.
