I requested these on my birthday :) I am crazy for Mexican food and this taco meat was juicy and delicious! Ingredients:
2 lbs ground beef |
2 green peppers, chopped |
1 large onion, chopped |
2 (16 ounce) cans taco sauce (mild or hot) |
1 (8 ounce) can enchilada sauce |
lettuce, chopped |
tomato, chopped |
longhorn cheese, grated |
taco shell |
Directions:
1. Brown first 3 ingredients. Add sauces and simmer 15 minutes. Assemble tacos as you desire! |
