Ingredients:
1 lb ground turkey |
1 teaspoon garlic, chopped |
1 cup chili bean |
1 large tomato, chopped |
1/2 cup catalina dressing |
4 cups lettuce, chopped |
4 cups nacho corn chips |
1/2 cup grated cheddar cheese |
4 tablespoons light sour cream |
1/4 cup chopped onion |
1 cup salsa |
Directions:
1. Brown the turkey in a skillet. 2. While browning turkey line 4 plates with chips. 3. Line chips with lettuce. 4. Drain meat. 5. Turn heat off. 6. Stir in tomato and beans. 7. Stir in Catalina. 8. Divide the meat mix over the lettuce. 9. Sprinkle on onion. 10. Sprinkle on cheese. 11. Plop on sour cream. 12. Drizzle on salsa. 13. Serve! |
