Easy summer pasta, good hot or cold Ingredients:
175 g whole wheat spaghetti |
1 cup onions, diced |
1 garlic clove, minced |
227 g mushrooms, sliced |
2 tomatoes, diced |
50 g jalapenos, sliced |
1 yellow pepper, sliced |
1 zucchini, chopped |
100 g artichoke, chopped |
2 tbsp olive oil |
2 tbsp fresh basil |
2 tbsp fresh oregano |
3/4 tsp salt |
3/4 tsp pepper |
Directions:
1. Boil Spaghetti 2. Saute Onions, garlic, mushrooms, peppers, zucchini in olive oil for 10 minutes. 3. Add spaghetti, artichoke and seasoning. 4. Serve |
