Ingredients:
2 tablespoons butter or margarine |
1 green bell pepper, chopped |
1/4 cup chopped onion |
1 (15 1/4-ounce) can lima beans, drained |
1 (15 1/4-ounce) can whole kernel corn with red and green bell peppers, drained |
1 (14 1/2-ounce) can diced tomatoes, undrained |
1/4 cup water |
1 1/2 teaspoons chicken bouillon granules |
1/2 teaspoon salt |
Directions:
1. Melt butter in a large saucepan over medium heat; add bell pepper and onion, and sauté until tender. Add beans and remaining ingredients; cook 10 minutes or until liquid has evaporated. |
