Janet Murphy's recipe from the Brunson family cookbook. Ingredients:
1/4 cup butter |
1/2 cup onion, chopped |
1 lb ground beef |
2 tablespoons flour |
1 1/2 teaspoons salt |
1/4 teaspoon pepper |
1/4 teaspoon paprika |
1 (10 3/4 ounce) can cream of mushroom soup |
1 cup sour cream |
2 cups uncooked noodles |
Directions:
1. Cook noodles as directed, drain and set aside. 2. Saute onoin in butter. Stir in groudn beef, flour, salt, pepper and paprika, Saute for 5 minutes. 3. Add soup and simmer for 10 minutes. 4. Remove from heat, stir in sour cream. 5. Serve over hot noodles. |
