When you're in a fix for some tasty cooked carrots, this recipe is there for you. Ingredients:
1 cup baby carrots |
1 tablespoon water |
2 teaspoons orange juice |
2 teaspoons honey |
1 dash ground ginger |
Directions:
1. Put baby carrots in an open glass container with the water. 2. Microwave on high for 3 to 5 minutes until tender. 3. Drain and toss with orange juice, honey and ginger. |
