Layers of steak covered with sauce, baked in oven Ingredients:
4 (200 g) steaks |
65 ml chutney |
65 ml tomato sauce |
65 ml hp steak sauce |
1 cup water |
65 ml oil |
125 ml all-purpose flour |
salt |
pepper |
Directions:
1. Put flour in plastic bag, season with salt & pepper. 2. Put each steak separately in bag and shake to coat with seasoned flour. 3. Pour 100ml of mixed sauce on bottom of dish pack layer of steak and repeat and end with layer of sauce. 4. Cover with aluminum foil and bake in preheated 180°C oven for 1 hour. |
