to steam spinach perfectly...... Ingredients:
12 ounces fresh spinach |
salt and black pepper, to taste |
1 tablespoon olive oil |
1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice |
Directions:
1. Wash and drain the spinach, leaving some water on the leaves. 2. place in a pot,cover and cook over medium heat, turning once, until just wilted, about 2 minutes. 3. season with salt and pepper, then toss with oil and lemon juice. 4. serve immediately. |
