QUICK SOUTHWESTERN CHILI This recipe came from an estate sale. I obtained it when I purchased the family collection from the Gingham Estate in Fort Worth, Texas in 1992. Ingredients:
2 pounds lean ground sirloin |
2 cans kidney beans |
1 can pinto beans |
3 cans black beans |
1 can whole kernel corn |
1 can pitted black olives |
1 small white onion diced |
1 can diced tomatoes with green chilies |
1 can stewed tomatoes |
1 package taco seasoning mix |
1 package ranch dressing mix |
Directions:
1. Brown sirloin with onion then drain grease and all remaining ingredients. 2. Stir to mix well then simmer 30 minutes. |
