I made these this week and they were gone in a flash too. Got the recipe off and followed it with no changes. Perfect Snickerdoodles with half the bother as usual. Enjoy! Ingredients:
3-tbspn sugar |
1/2-tspn ground cinnamon |
1 roll pillsbury refrigerated sugar cookies |
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 35 degrees. 2. In a small bow, mix sugar and cinnamon. 3. Cut cookie dough into 8 even slices and then cut each slice into fourths. 4. Roll into ball and then roll the balls in the cinnamon sugar mixture. Bake 10-14 minutes on an ungreased cookie sheet. 5. Cool 1 minute before removing to cookie rack to cool completely. 6. -Susana |
