This family-friendly, one-skillet dish is so easy and delicious, it's sure to become one of your 'go-to' recipes. Using canned chicken and prepared pasta sauce ensures that it's on the table in a jiffy. Ingredients:
1 (24 ounce) jar prego® traditional italian sauce |
1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese |
1 (12.5 ounce) can swanson® premium white chunk chicken breast in water, drained |
2 cups elbow macaroni, cooked and drained |
1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese |
Directions:
1. Heat the sauce, Parmesan cheese, chicken and macaroni in a 10-inch skillet over medium-high heat to a boil. Reduce the heat to medium and cook for 10 minutes or until the mixture is hot and bubbling, stirring occasionally. Sprinkle with the mozzarella cheese. Let stand for 5 minutes or until the cheese is melted. |
