A recipe from Jill Dupleix. Can be served with steamed vegetables and /or beef/chicken/lamb skewers. Ingredients:
2 tablespoons peanut butter |
1 tablespoon sweet chili sauce |
1 tablespoon tamarind paste |
1 tablespoon soy sauce |
1 teaspoon caster sugar |
1 tablespoon lime juice |
Directions:
1. Mix all ingredients adding water to get the desired consistency. |
