                                                2 tablespoons peanut butter  |  
                                                1 tablespoon sweet chili sauce  |  
                                                1 tablespoon tamarind paste  |  
                                                1 tablespoon soy sauce  |  
                                                1 teaspoon caster sugar  |  
                                                1 tablespoon lime juice  |
