The best thing about this salsa is that everything can be thrown into the blender with very little chopping - you can even leave some stems on the cilantro. It takes no more than five minutes from start to finish. I frequently make it for dinner parties and other gatherings, and it's so popular that I end up giving away several copies of the recipe every time. CL Reader. Ingredients:
3/4 cup chopped red onion |
1/2 cup minced fresh cilantro |
1 (10-ounce) can diced tomatoes and green chiles, undrained (such as rotel) |
1 (10-ounce) can diced tomatoes with lime juice and cilantro, undrained (such as rotel) |
1 garlic clove |
Directions:
1. Place all the ingredients in a blender, and process until smooth. Serve the salsa with low-fat tortilla chips. |
