Great protein meal. Ingredients:
7 1/2 ounces can salmon |
1/2 c oats |
2 egg whites |
2 t onion |
1 t garlic powder |
1 pepper |
Directions:
1. Mix everything up. 2. Form two patties. 3. Put in skillet that has been coated with cooking spray. 4. Serve. |
