This is highly nutritious and quick and easy salad from the Femina. Ingredients:
1 cup mung bean sprouts, steamed |
1 cup corn, steamed |
1/2 cup pomegranate seeds |
1 tomato, chopped |
1 large onion, chopped |
2 green chilies, finely chopped |
black pepper |
1 lemon, juice of |
chat masala |
sugar |
salt |
1 bunch coriander leaves, chopped |
Directions:
1. Comine the moong, corn, pomegranate seeds, tomato, onion and chillies in a bowl. 2. Mix the dressing ingredients together. 3. Toss the salad ingredients with the dressing to coat well. 4. Add pepper powder to taste. 5. Garnish with coriander leaves. |
