A colorful quick salad, originally from Tarla Dalal cookery site, modified to my convinence.
Ingredients:
1/2 cup pasta (boiled and drained)
1/2 cup corn (boiled and drained)
1/2 cup peas (boiled and drained)
1 tomato (chopped without the seeds)
1/2 cup capsicum (green, or any color)
1 tablespoon lime juice
2 teaspoons black pepper
salt
2 tablespoons olives (sliced) (optional)
2 tablespoons jalapenos (sliced) (optional)
2 tablespoons mozzarella cheese (shredded, or any other u like)
Directions:
1. Mix all the ingredients.
2. toss well.
3. serve chilled.
