This goes well over fried bananas or vanilla icecream. Made in microwave. Ingredients:
2 tablespoons rum |
2 tablespoons brown sugar |
1 tablespoon butter |
Directions:
1. Melt altogether until runny in a glass dish or small jug in microwave. Takes about 1/2 minute on high depending on wattage of your oven. 2. To serve over bananas:. 3. Peel & slice lengthways 1 or 2 bananas and fry in a little butter (both sides) until hot. 4. Place in a dish and pour over sauce. |
