This side dish is fast and simple. Ingredients:
1-2 lbs red potatoes (new works best) |
1/4-1/2 cup italian dressing |
Directions:
1. Cube potatoes bite-size. If using new potatoes, half or quarter. 2. Toss with dressing to coat evenly. Grate a bit of garlic in it, if you like. 3. Put on a baking sheet in a 375 degree until browned to your liking. Put a good scald on them. |
