Easy to fix Reuben Skillet Ingredients:
20 oz potatoes, shredded |
8 oz pastrami |
6 oz sauerkraut |
5 oz swiss cheese |
Directions:
1. Brown potatoes in large skillet on all sides.
2. Top with pastrami, sauerkraut and swiss cheese. Heat on low until cheese melts.
3. Option: put Thousand Island Dressing on top of meat before swiss cheese.
