This is a quick and yummy meal. Ingredients:
1 (16 ounce) package rotini pasta |
2 -3 cups cooked chicken |
1 (16 ounce) package california-blend frozen vegetables (broccoli, cauliflower, carrots) |
1 cup ranch dressing |
1 -2 cup mozzarella cheese |
Directions:
1. Cook Pasta according to Package, Drain and set aside. While pasta is cooking steam frozen veggie mix. I sometimes use chicken breasts I've cooked, or will in a pinch use 3-4 breaded chicken patties cooked and cut up. Mix all ingredients together and serve. If you like more or less ranch or cheese, add your desired amount. |
