Quick Quesadillas

This is a very quick and easy recipe. It is delicious and the kids think it is great. They can even help-it's so easy.
Ingredients:
leftover chicken or leftover beef brisket
butter
2 tortillas
refried beans
shredded cheese
Directions:
1. Butter one side of each tortilla and place one in a skillet, butter side down.
2. Then layer it with refried beans, the meat and shredded cheese.
3. Then top it with the second tortilla (BUTTER SIDE UP) and cook until the tortillas are lightly browned.
4. Use a pizza cutter to cut the quesadilla into 4 to 6 wedges.
5. Delicious!
