This is a jarred spaghetti sauce all doctored up Ingredients:
1 classico red pepper spaghetti sauce |
1 tablespoon anchovy paste |
3 tablespoons capers, drained |
1 teaspoon red pepper flakes |
12 black olives, pitted and chopped |
4 garlic, chopped |
1 teaspoon olive oil |
1 cup red wine (or white) |
1 tablespoon ground black pepper |
Directions:
1. In a large saucepan, heat the olive oil and cook the garlic for 2 minutes. Add the remaining ingredients and simmer for 15 minutes. 2. Serve over pasta. |
