Ingredients:
1 (5 ounce) package vanilla pudding mix |
1 (12 ounce) can evaporated milk (1-1/2 cups) |
1 (15 ounce) can libby's canned pumpkin |
1 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice |
1 pint whipping cream |
Directions:
1. In large bowl, beat pudding mix and milk; refrigerate for 5 minutes. 2. Add pumpkin and pumpkin pie spice; mix well. 3. Spoon into dessert dishes and refrigerate until ready to serve, using whipping cream as a topping. |
