Ingredients:
1 cup milk |
6 ounces semi-sweet chocolate bits |
1 egg |
2 tablespoons sugar |
1 teaspoon rum |
1 pinch salt |
Directions:
1. Heat milk to boiling point. 2. Place all other ingredients in an electric blender, and add hot milk. 3. Blend at low speed one minute. 4. Stir with a rubber spatula to remove bubbles. 5. Pour into pot de creme cups and chill several hours before serving. |
