Crispy and quick little snack. Ingredients:
1 wasa crispbread (i like the hearty whole grain for this) |
1/4 teaspoon olive oil |
1 ounce cheese |
1/16 teaspoon italian seasoning |
Directions:
1. Top cracker with olive oil, place cheese on top, and sprinkle with seasoning. 2. Microwave on high until cheese melts (25-30 seconds). |
