Ingredients:
1 wasa crispbread (i like the hearty whole grain for this)
1/4 teaspoon olive oil
1 ounce cheese
1/16 teaspoon italian seasoning
Directions:
1. Top cracker with olive oil, place cheese on top, and sprinkle with seasoning.
2. Microwave on high until cheese melts (25-30 seconds).
