Quick and easy pineapple chicken that can be made with fresh or canned pineapple. Great served over rice! Ingredients:
3/4 cup onion, chopped |
1/4 cup butter, melted |
2/3 cup ketchup |
1 tablespoon prepared mustard |
1 teaspoon dry mustard |
1/2 teaspoon salt |
1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes |
1 (20 ounce) can pineapple chunks |
1 lb skinless chicken breast |
Directions:
1. Combine first 8 ingredients and mix together in baking dish. 2. Add chicken, turning to coat. 3. Bake at 350 for 25-30 minutes. |
