This is a simple crust to make. It is always light and flaky. I have used this recipe for about 25 years. It always gets raves. Ingredients:
2 1/4 cups flour |
1 teaspoon salt |
2/3 cup vegetable oil |
1/3 cup milk |
Directions:
1. Place flour and salt in a bowl. Mix. 2. Measure oil and milk in a measuring cup. Stir slightly with a fork. 3. Add to flour mixture. 4. Roll out between sheets of waxed paper. |
