Recipe by Ingredients:
2 large cucumbers, thinly sliced |
2 teaspoons salt |
3 tablespoons sugar |
2 teaspoons crushed red pepper flakes |
4 garlic cloves, minced |
1 tablespoon asian fish sauce |
1 tablespoon soy sauce |
2 tablespoons sour beer (optional) |
Directions:
1. Cover the slices with half the salt and sugar and let them rest for 15 minutes. They'll leach out a little liquid, so I did this in a strainer. 2. Place the cucumbers in a bowl with all of the other ingredients, and let them marinate for 15-30 minutes. 3. Enjoy! |
