A very quick, easy, and tastey salmon recipe that tastes like it came from a good restaurant. Ingredients:
4 salmon fillets |
8 tablespoons pesto sauce (from jar) |
Directions:
1. preheat oven to 350. 2. spray cassarole dish with Pam (olive oil preferred). 3. arrange salmon fillets in dish. 4. cover each fillet with an even coating of pesto. 5. bake for 20 minutes. |
