Simple, tasty dish!! Ingredients:
1 beef round steak, cut in strips |
1 tablespoon vegetable oil |
1 can cream of mushroom soup |
1/4 cup catsup |
4 tablespoons soy sauce |
1 large green pepper, cut in strips |
1 medium onion, diced |
Directions:
1. Heat oil in large skillet. 2. Add beef strips, stirring until browned. 3. Add mushroom soup and 1 can of water. 4. Add catsup and soy sauce. 5. Add green peppers and onion. 6. Simmer for 45 minutes until meat is tender. 7. Serve over rice. |
