Ingredients:
2 cups cabbage, sliced thin |
1 tablespoon chunky peanut butter |
1 tablespoon frozen orange juice concentrate or 1 tablespoon apple juice concentrate |
1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar |
1/8 teaspoon hot pepper flakes |
Directions:
1. Put all the ingredients in a bowl. 2. Cover and microwave on high for 4 minutes, or until the cabbage is limp and the peanut butter is melted. 3. Stir to cover the cabbage with sauce, and serve. |
