Ingredients:
1 (16-ounce) can sliced peaches in juice, drained |
2 tablespoons sugar |
1 teaspoon cornstarch |
vegetable cooking spray |
1/4 cup low-fat granola without raisins |
Directions:
1. Combine first 3 ingredients in a small bowl. Spoon peach mixture evenly into 2 (10-ounce) custard cups coated with cooking spray. 2. Place cups on a baking sheet; top each with 2 tablespoons granola. Bake, uncovered, at 400° for 20 to 25 minutes or until peach mixture is thoroughly heated and topping is crisp. |
