The idea is from Kraft, the adjustments by me. This makes a quick light dessert. Ingredients:
1/2 cup canned peaches in light syrup, drained |
cinnamon-sugar mixture |
1 cup low-fat vanilla frozen yogurt |
1/4 cup granola cereal |
Directions:
1. Place the sliced peaches in microwave safe bowl, sprinkle lightly with cinnamon sugar and microwave for 20 to 30 seconds until warm. 2. Scoop the frozen yogurt into individual serving dishes, spoon the warmed peaches over and sprinkle with granola. Enjoy! |
