This is a simple throw together recipe that I like.
Ingredients:
1 (12 ounce) box tri-colored pasta
1 red onion, chopped fine
2 garlic cloves, minced
1 red pepper, chopped fine
1 cucumber, seeded, chopped fine
4 ounces italian dressing
1 teaspoon paprika
1 tablespoon poppy seed
1 tablespoon sesame seeds
2 tablespoons parmesan cheese, grated
1 dash cayenne pepper
black pepper, to taist
Directions:
1. Cook pasta according to the package, drain and rinse thoroughly.
2. Prepare vegetables while the pasta cooks.
3. Mix pasta with vegetables and dressing.
4. The amount of seasonings are estimated. I go by the look and taste.
5. Chill, then serve.
