1. Combine the first 3 ingredients in a shallow bowl or pie plate. 2. Pat catfish fillets dry with paper towels; brush both sides of each fillet evenly with Ranch Dressing. 3. Dredge in cornmeal mixture; lightly press cornmeal mixture onto fillets. 4. Cook catfish in hot oil in a large nonstick skillet over med-high heat for 3-5 minutes on each side or until fish flakes with a fork. 5. Serve immediately with lemon wedges.
