Ingredients:
1 onion chopped |
2 clove(s) garlic crushed |
1 green bell pepper chopped |
3 1/2 cup(s) chicken stock |
15 ounce(s) chopped tomatoes |
2 long grain rice |
2 teaspoon(s) paprika |
1/2 cup(s) cooked chicken chopped |
1 cup(s) shrimp cooked |
1/2 cup(s) edamane |
Directions:
1. Heat oil. Add onion, garlic, pepper, cook for 5 minutes, stirring til soft. Add stock, tomatoes, rice, paprika, chicken, salt and pepper. Bring to a boil and cover and simmer for 20 minutes. Uncover and stir in shrimp and peas. Cook for another 5 minutes. (low fat) |
