Ingredients:
1 onion chopped
2 clove(s) garlic crushed
1 green bell pepper chopped
3 1/2 cup(s) chicken stock
15 ounce(s) chopped tomatoes
2 long grain rice
2 teaspoon(s) paprika
1/2 cup(s) cooked chicken chopped
1 cup(s) shrimp cooked
1/2 cup(s) edamane
Directions:
1. Heat oil. Add onion, garlic, pepper, cook for 5 minutes, stirring til soft. Add stock, tomatoes, rice, paprika, chicken, salt and pepper. Bring to a boil and cover and simmer for 20 minutes. Uncover and stir in shrimp and peas. Cook for another 5 minutes. (low fat)
