It's really simple to make and it turns out really good every time I've made it! (usually baking is not my forte :) Ingredients:
1/2 cup butter (at room temp) |
1/2 cup sunflower oil |
1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa powder |
1 teaspoon instant coffee |
3 eggs |
2 cups firmly packed brown sugar |
1 cup all-purpose flour |
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 325°F In a bowl, using a blender, combine butter, oil, eggs, cocoa powder, coffee and sugar. 2. Stir in flour until completely blended. 3. Pour the batter into a greased 9 inch pan. 4. Bake for 30-35 minutes (do not over bake!). |
