Something I put together when I was running late one morning. If you love eggs, bacon, cheese, and potatoes, you will love this recipe! Ingredients:
2 large eggs, scrambled |
2 slices bacon, chopped and cooked |
2 slices velveeta cheese, mild |
1/4 cup hash brown, cooked |
Directions:
1. Place scrambled eggs in low heat pan. 2. Add bacon bits, cheese, and hashbrowns and fold egg in middle. 3. Cook until done and cheese is melted. 4. Serve, eat, and go on a good meal thats quick and easy. |
