Very easy gravy to make anytime of the year! Ingredients:
3-5 cups turkey broth (from turkey breast divine recipe) |
**if there is not enough broth from the turkey, you can buy turkey stock or even use chicken broth |
3 boiled eggs |
3 heaping tbsp flour |
few splashes of water |
salt and pepper |
Directions:
1. In a heavy pot, bring turkey broth to a boil 2. In a separate bowl, whisk together flour and water to make a thickening agent 3. Whisk flour/water mixture into broth 4. Repeat process until desired consistency 5. Slice boiled eggs into gravy 6. Salt and pepper to taste |
